Sean Hanafin will be making an appearance at the Festival on Friday 8th ….. Taking his frustrations out on any half door he sees 
Sean, a native of Tralee Co. Kerry, began dancing at the age of 4 with Rinceoiri na Riochta and has competed successfully at Munster, All-Ireland and World Championship level. He is a performer with Siamsa Tire, The National Folk Theatre of Ireland. He has travelled extensively both nationally and internationally to such places as England, North America, Venezuela and Taiwan.
More recently, he has toured with “Ragus The Show” to France and Japan and performed in “Ragus The Homecoming” in the Bord Gais Energy Theatre. He was delighted to take part in the AIMS (Association of Irish Musical Societies) 50th Anniversary Concert, “Encore” which also took place in the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in 2015. This year he travelled to Germany where he was touring with the Irish Dance and music show “Spirit of Ireland”
